PM5563 MAC address does not match sticker

Hello,

I have a customer who reciently did an audit and found a device where the MAC address defined on the sticker outside the meter did not match the MAC address as seen on the sevices web pages.

Serial number did match and so did the IP address as well as reading kWh from web page and front panel. I know we are talking to the same device. Is it common to have MAC addresses different? Could this be a glitch during manufacturing/printing of sticker?

Hello Charles,

The MAC ID of PM5563 will be same as printed in the sticker, Meter HMI and meter webpage.

Can you please share the photo of MAC ID in sticker and in meter HMI for analysis?
