Hi everyone!
A customer's PM5560 meter has restarted the energy count. This device has been installed just 4 months ago and it happened when the energy had a value that didn`t reach the limit of the meter.
Please find attached the register downloaded from ION Setup.
Thank you for helping us.
Best Regards.
Hello @Veronika1 , When I look at the screenshot I see that there is a big gap in time. Do you know what happened to the meter during this time? Possible the meter's energy was reset? Roll over is just 1 way the energy can reset.
Regards,
Charles
Hello, Charles!
Yes, there is a data gap. We're not sure what could happened that day. The customer said that nobody has access to this meter and there's no way that someone could do any change on it.
I forgot to say that few weeks before this happened, the CTs relation config of this meter changed with no reason.
They have 4 PM5560 meters on their plant, installed at the same time and this is the only one that presents this kind of issues.
Regards.
