PM5560 device log export

Hi everyone! I hope you're doing well.

I need to establish a point-to-point connection between my PC and a PM5560 to export the logs. But I think I'm not filling out the HTTP parameters properly. When I try to press the HTTP TEST button, I get this message:  HTTP test with errors. Check settings.

What firmware version of PM5560 do you have? Many versions do not support log export.

I already upgrade firmware the version is 2.7.4 but still cannot export data log. 

Is something wrong with setting?

Hi @Cake,

 

Have you tried a direct connection to the meter? Have you tried using another laptop or temporarily disabling antivirus/firewalls? If it still doesn't work, I strongly suggest contacting your local tech support team to start a case for troubleshooting.

 

In FW 2.7.8 to 2.9.9 in PM5560, webpage limitations were introduced due to cybersecurity concerns. In FW 4.0.0 and above, most of the limitations were removed. However, the data log and data log export features have not been restored yet. This should be fixed in an upcoming FW release, but I cannot provide a timeline yet. The current FW 2.7.4 you have should have this feature enabled.
