PM5560_V2.8.3 _Unable to upgrade to latest firmware

Hi,
I have a PM5560 meter currently running firmware version V2.8.3 at a customer site. I attempted to upgrade it using the latest version of the EcoStruxure Commissioning Tool, but the process fails—once I add the device and click on "Firmware Upgrade," it disconnects immediately. I also added this meter to the IONSETUP but no option to upgrade the firmware.

tried upgrading via the meter’s web interface, but the firmware upgrade option is not available under the Maintenance tab for this version.
Could you please advise on how to upgrade the firmware from V2.8.3 to the latest version?

thanks

I'm not sure why EPC would fail to upgrade as I'm not terribly familiar with it.  Aside from that, though, the PM5000 has gone through several upgrade methods:  Firmware upgrades - PM5500

If I'm reading this correctly, for 2.8.3, you'll need to use the Firmware Upgrade Tool to bring the meter up to a 4.x version, and the web page will be available for future upgrades.
