PM5560 Password after firmware update
Hi, i just had to update the firmware on a 5560 from 4.1.8 to 4.2.1 so i could get implicit messaging working with a Rockwell PLC but now i can't log back into the meter's webpage. I've tried using the password i set and the default password(mac address). What may have changed with this firmware update?
After upgrading from V4.1.8 to V4.2.1(which is the latest at this moment), you should be able to log into the meter's webpage using previous password which had been set on V4.1.8(firmware V4.0.0 and above, user is Administrator, and default pass is MAC address without colon in capital letters).
If you have meter's passcode(front panel pass which is by default 0), you can reset user account using meter's Display to factory default settings: Performing user account resets using the display
