PM5500 Power Meter - Electrical Safety test report

Dear SE team, 

Could you please help to issue electrical Safety test report for PM5500 Schneider Electric Power meters. 

IEC BS EN 61010-1:2010+AMD1:2019
IEC BS EN 61010-2-030:2010

I am able to locate the declaration on Schneider Electric website but the Audit agency would like to have the full test report issued by by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited Laboratory.

For a request like this I strongly recommend you contact your local technical support team to start a case for this request. The technical support team can escalate the request to the specific team that can reply to the request. Not all products make all reports available. Sometimes only a summary of the report can be given.

The PM5500 team would know what information can be provided. The quickest way to get this information will be through support.

hi Charles, I am trying multiple channels for this. We bought meters from local supplier in the UK and waiting for their response on this.
