PM5500 Issue

I have a PM5560 meter, and when I power it on, it only shows the Schneider logo without displaying any other parameters. The screen remains unchanged, and while the LED light at the bottom is on, it's not blinking. What could be causing this issue?

Please check if the control power supply is within the range according to your meter. Is this a new meter?

When did this issue start?

Do you know the current firmware it is running? Maybe you can check on the meter's label.

Yes, control supply is within range. Meter is not new, it was working fine before, but suddenly this issue started occuring. When i try to update firmware, it does not detect the rs485 port.
