Hi,
An old PM5350 has been setup 3ph, 4w, Wye Grounded, 3CT,VT Direct Connect. The Modbus register 2034 has been modified from default (1) to (2). After investigation (CT ratio OK), I suspect that this register give us wrong a reading.
I cannot find any documentation anywhere else than in the register list : 2034 Modbus register "CT Location for 1 or 2 CT Metering".
How to write on this register ? it seems like there is no access either from ION setup or the front panel...
How much this register affects the current/power/energy calculation of the meter ?
Thanks for your help,
Olivier

Hi Olivier,
This register 2034 is used only in the 1 CT or 2 CT configurations.
When we select the number of CTs connected as 1 then here we need to specify in which location that CT is connected.
When we select the number of CTs connected is 2 then here we need to specify in which location the CT is not connected and kept open.
Also these values will not be considered in 3P4W or 3P3W configuration where we have 3 CTs are connected.

@Ramasamy_N any ideas to this question?
