Dear Sir/Madam,
I have several PM5350 Power meters at a customer site, the clock just stays at 00:00:00, it never increases. If I put a time and hit save, the value will not be saved and the clock time just shown 00:00:00. The worst thing is, if I do a Power Cycle to the meter, the meter couldn't be started up, it shows "Schneider Electric" on the front display and blinking regularly. I would like to know if this is the known issue and how can I fix it?
It's not all the meters have such strange problem, I have recorded some of the meters Serial Numbers and OS
50139020
50139030
50139098
50139100
Date of Manufacture are all 17/02/13
OS Version: 1.11.1
RS version should be 1.0.0.0
Thank you so much,
Regards,
James Rong

Hi, Charles,
Understand, I have raised this to Level 3. At the same time, if anyone has seen this before, please let me know. Thanks,
Cheers,
James
