Dear Team,
We have received one complaint for PM5320 meter. Issue observed is KWH reading mismatch . on meters display it is showing 5.665Gwh while on ion setup it is showing 1666949.887 kwh. So please confirm how to resolve it.
is there any limitation on ION setup to show maximum value?
all other parameters showing OK value.

There is no limitation in ION setup real time data view for the energy.
Can you share the screen shot of ION setup energy page and the meter summary page?
Also read and share the Modbus register values from 2700 (FLOAT32 format -12 registers).

We have checked again with Modscan and ION setup. Meter display values are matching with Modscan but not matching with ION setup. only KVARh is matching in ION. Pls find attached screen shots.

The ION setup real time energy values are not matching for 5GWh.

ION Setup is reading by default the INT64 register location (3204 onwards). Please read those registers to see what are the contents.
