Hello Everybody
I recently bought PM3255s and I'm having challenges setting the multi tariff schedules via the internal clock option. Could you please, kindly, assist I have a client at my neck
[3/31, 4:23 PM] rtmukwasi: When I go to week day scheduling I notice 4 segments appear each segment starts of with *N/A* what does this mean? Scrolling the segment via the up & down button the segment goes to *N/A*, *T1*, *T2*, *T3*, *T4* with each tariff section having a start time
How do I program the *peak*, *off peak*, *Standard* rates also considering that a day has 2 peak and 2 standard schedules and 1 off peak schedule
How do I also incorporate holiday tariffs which may occur during the week day?
For weekends: Saturday & Sunday has different reschedules. How do I program them apart.
Lastly,, is it possible to download weekly or monthly energy logs as excel files so that I can use other software to do analysis and cost allocation

Are you sure the devices are PM3255s? Those models do not mention having any ability to do on-board Time of Use. From your description of T1 thru T4, that sounds more like EM2x55 than the PM3255.
For the EM2x55, there is a "Time of Use" configuration option via ION Setup which allows you to program the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rates, plus Fixed and Variable Holidays.
Using ION Setup you can view the Flex Log but presently there is no export option to Excel directly (a File Save option could be added to the file viewer but this would be a manual operation and requires editing the default file). Another option is you could cut & paste from the ION Setup viewer directly into Excel. PME might be a better solution if you want to have the flex log downloaded automatically.

Thank you for the response.
Yes the PM3255 has the multi tariff on board setup. There are 4 time segments which can be assigned tariff 1 to tariff 4. I later figured out how to set it up.
The big draw back though is that there is no provision for holidays and the weekend tariff (Saturday & Sunday) does not take into consideration that Saturday and Sunday have different tariffs they are just treated as having one tariff. This is why I need to just have a csv file that I can use on more flexible software.
Thanks.
