Its possible conenct a power meter that specify its interface as modbus and ethernet IP, to connect 2 devices to send and extract info, one on modbus TCP and the other on ethernet IP?.

Yes, PM5560 meter support Modbus TCP and Ethernet IP protocols and it can be accessed simultaneously up to 32 connections.
