NetBotz Wall Monitor 355 SMTP isssue

Hello community, I hope you're doing great,

I'm trying to set up Email notifications using a NetBotz Wall Monitor 355 with the Advanced View V4.3.0 app, using Gmail.

So far, this is the configuration I've used to set up the values in the Email section.

SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com

Port: 465 (SSL)

SSL options: Use SSL if available -  no verification.

Then I click Next and enter the test Email (Gmail). After that, the application takes a while to test, but I always end up getting "Unable to send test e-mail. Check appliance log". I'm kind of new to setting these solution values, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something here.
