Memory recovery from PM5560

Hello everyone!

We are providing technical support at a site where, due to a short circuit, two PM5560 meters are no longer powering up.

Is there any way to retrieve the logged data from the PM5560 units, even if they are no longer functional? This information is needed as part of the technical investigation into the incident.

We would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions you may have.

Best regards,

Veronika

Hello @Jesus_Diaz ,

In the field, it is not possible to retrieve data from meters that are not powering up.

However, we can assist the customer by analyzing the meter once it is received at the plant. The possibility of data retrieval depends entirely on the physical condition of the meter upon arrival. After a thorough examination at the plant, we can confirm whether data recovery is feasible.

Regards,

Rohith S

Hi @Veronika.Salinas,

I don't believe there's a way for us in the field to retrieve information from a meter that isn't powering up.

@Ramasamy_N @rohith-s Do you have any suggestion?

Regards,

JD
