I downloaded a copy of PM5350 user guide from 2012. The section on Password Recovery says:
If you lose your password, contact technical support for password recovery assistance:
• Global-PMC-Tech-support@schneider-electric.com
• (00) + 1 (250) 544-3010
NOTE: Be sure to have your product information readily available when calling technical
support.
All I can suggest is to try official Schneider tech support
