ION765 PORT NUMBER

Dears hello,

Customer wants to connect ION7650 with customer’s modem.

ION7650 cannot access the modem with port number 82. He makes the settings on the display screen. What is the port number to supply connection between modem and ION7650?

Hello @Anonymous user ,

I am not 100% sure I understand your question. Is the ION7650 connecting to the modem out to some other device. Or trying to connect to the meter from the modem. Many modems have a port forwarding type configuration, where a connection to the modem on port X will get mapped to port Y on the other side. Perhaps something like that would help here?
