Hi @sesa276679
At this moment unfortunately we do not have such document for HDPM6000 offers.
Hopefully, submitting this request through the local tech support channel may provide more information regarding this query.

Ok, thank you for your answers. Another information that could help us would be something like expected lifetime of the equipment, could you share it with us?

Hi @sesa276679
Just to clarify, could you let us know for what purpose you are looking for the MTBF or the life cycle of the HDPM6000 offer? Is it for a bid, out of curiosity, or for any specific requirement?
Thank you.
Best Regards,
-Mehran

Hi, it's a customer request, in this case the customer is Microsoft. They asked for this information because it's one of the parameters they take in count to decide the quantity of spare parts they will purchase. The parameters they use to do it are "likelihood of failure" 1=low 3=High ; Impact of Failure 1=low 3 High and Availability 1=Stock item 2= 3 to 7 days and 3 7days+. We classified this item as Likelihood of Failure = 1 (Low), but then they asked for some document that would support this information. For other equipment we used the MTBF or MTTF information to "prove/sustain" the low classification
