Is there a CM2000 adapter plate for the PM5500 series devices?

When replacing a CM2000 with a PM5500, using the retrofit kit CM2TOPM5K --

It shows a DIN rail on the back of it. The documentation is lacking info. Is this used to terminate the existing wires and then extend them to the new meter? anyone that has done this--did you have to extend the existing wiring a if so, how did you do it?

Appreciate the reply @Charles_Murison , the doc helps but doesn't illustrate how the existing wiring is extended to the new meter. I'm assuming the DIN rail is intended as a means of terminating and extending it. I've done a few Schneider 85 to 98A conversions which fall into the "extend wiring by whatever means works" category, so will take that approach
