ION9000 FCAS window monitoring

One of the strictest FCAS requirements we need to meet as per the attached is that when there is a frequency deviation outside of a certain range (for example of the grid frequency drops below 48.8hz) then we need to capture 60s of data after the trigger point but also 5s before (in 20ms granularity).

Referring to the manual attached for the ION9000 on page 217 there is information on ‘Extended Waveform Capture’

How long can the C and D periods in the above diagram be and how easy can the values be changed? We need the pre event period to be 5s and the post event recording to be 60s.

Can the ION9000 easily be configured to capture such events?  If so, how would I do this?

That one bullet point looks like it is from Australian FCAS requirements?

If so the context matters, because that requirement is not for instantaneous voltage (ie. waveform capture), but instead for co-incident "high-speed" frequency and power measurements.
I would recommend using a setpoint module to trigger a DataRecorder configured with pre-trigger and post-trigger records.

With the DataRecorder's inputs linked to The HighSpeed PowerMeter module's "HS Freq" and "HS kW tot" outputs, it will collect data every half-cycle.
For example:
Pre-Trigger records = 500 (5s)

Post-Trigger records = 6000 (60s)

Buffer Depth = 13002 (two full captures fully buffered)

Depth = 65010 (internal storage for 10 full captures)
