ION8800 Power supply

There are 2 ION8800 which I got report from customer that there was leakage from supply to ground (case) the supply is 220 VDV on both meter. Customer took out meter then measure terminal B4 with ground found that there is low resistance betweek B4 and ground. See picture for more. Any recommendation is welcome.

recommend escalating a case in BFO, this way the case can be tracked.
