ION8650 clock drift.

Elsewhere

It is mentioned:  accuracy of the crystal for the ION8600 is 20 parts per million accuracy rated crystal (typical for these types of parts) will drift a nominal 1.7 seconds per day.

Is this valid for the ION8650?  Or is there a more accurate clock for the ION8650?
