Hello Stephan,
The STS3000 is actually a Schneider Electric part number for their "Satellite Time System" and this is still active and supported by Schneider Electric. The Schneider instruction bulletin for the STS3000 was last updated in 2010. Here's a link to a copy (stored on Cyber Sciences web site):

You should be able to order the STS3000 from Victoria through your normal channels for PowerLogic and ION meters.
The STS3000 kit includes our Cyber Sciences STR-100 (=S= calls it "STRM"). Victoria stocks these in large quantity, and so you can also order these separately (instead of the entire STS3000 package), in case the customer does not need the extra antenna and cables.
For tech support, please contact me again (or using any of the support options on www.cyber-sciences.com/support ). I expect Victoria Tech Support is also fully knowledgeable about the STS3000.
Thx for asking.
Best regards,
Bob
