Dear All,
In one of our customer place(Power Plant) the meter measuring voltage reduce some time in a day around 45V(line to neutral). As per our ION8650 the measuring voltage specification
Input-voltage
characteristics (1)
Nominal voltage 57V to 277VLN rms
100V to 480VLL rms (35S)
Maximum voltage 347 VLN rms, 600 VLL rms (9S)
1)So in this case is it possible to measure the energy though ION8650 meter.

Hi Pradip,
I think that the input-voltage specifications are limited by the operating range of the power supply if a non-auxiliary power supply is used.
So, if the meter is externally-powered as Auxiliary Low Voltage Supply [65-120 VLN RMS (+-15%)@47-63Hz 80-160VDC(+-20%)] or Auxiliary High Power Voltage Supply [160-277VLN RMS (+=20%)@47-63HZ 200-350VD(+-20%)], it is possible to measure the energy though ION8650 meter.
Best Regards,
Bojan

Dear Bojan,
I will manage to power up meter by supply external High power supply voltage. So meter will be on.But the measuring input voltage some time 45V(Line to neutral) in a day.So that time whether our meter is capable to measure energy below nominal voltage is 57V LN.
Pls suggest me.

Hi Pradip,
My understanding is that the limitations, i.e. Standard 57-277 (+/-15%) VLN rms), are limited by the operating range of the power supply.
Best Regards,
Bojan
