Hi all,
I have a problem trying to connect to PM8240 using ION Setup. After typing meter's IP adress in browser, the web server works fine, however ION Setup shows an error. I'm using v3.0.18075.02 of the software. Please see the screenshot attached.
Any ideas?

Hello @Mustafascada ,
Could it be that port 7443 is getting blocked? I noticed that secure ION is enabled on meter. Have you tried to connect specifically on port 7700 or disable secure ION?
Regards,
Charles

Hello @Mustafascada ,
There could be a few things happening and most are not recommended to troubleshoot over forum. If you need more help I recommend that you contact your local technical support
a) Physical wire broken - Unlikely given you could connect to web page
b) Device blocking connection on port X (possibly visible from front panel or web page)
c) Device connections full
d) Computer blocking connection
e) other
Hard to troubleshoot with forum. Recommend talking to tech support directly.
Regards,
Charles
