ION Setup Issues with PM5000 series

We have these critical issues with ION Setup Today!

1.) We sold the customer $ 100,000 in new PM5000 meters,

When using ION setup 3.0 ( Build 3.0.14052.02 ) the

configuration panel does not show the REPORT icon like

it does for all other meters we have used. We cannot produce

a Meter Configuration Report ( or file ) so we cannot make a

permanent record of the setup we used for auditors when we

must prove how we did our WAGES settings in a dispute with

a tenant.

2.) Software generates an ERROR screen when the

customer tries to his edits in the Digital IO section

when doing WAGES programming there is an

ERROR screen that displays this title bar:

"PROGRAMMING RESULTS"

SETUP          RESULT

Request # 2    Unknown Command Result Error 65535

Request # 3    Unknown Command Result Error 65535

We are not sure if we are getting good results at the

register level.

We need to find out if this can be fixed so it

yields a normal result.

ION Setup V3.0.14052.02 is quite an old version of ION Setup. have you tried with the latest version?
