During a customer training course it was determined that when both of these meters are in DEMO mode - the phasor diagram . Please see atatched pictures. Does anyone know why? What is the fix?

Your PM8000 is in DEMO mode. The Phasor viewer visible from the front panel is a fixed value with slight randomization applied to it (i.e. V2 angle with be approx. 120 degrees +/- 1) while ION Setup is reading the actual value being computed by the Harmonics Measurement modules (same applies for all harmonics displays on the front panel while the device is in DEMO mode).
