Hi guys,
We are in the field testing some ION8600 meters, and one shows up with that error when clicked button SCALING in TEST MODE.

The dialog is being displayed due to the fact that the button is tied to a specific register which on that particular 8600 is not present in the template or has been moved to a different register.
Looking at a default 8600 template this should be External Boolean #29 (Scale Tst Mode), so if this module doesn't exist or the template has it moved elsewhere, you will need to either need to customize the setup assistant to match it or the better solution is to put it back as External Boolean #29.
Customization of frameworks which aren't done properly without corresponding changes in the Setup Assistant will cause numerous other issues, so tread carefully when deleting or moving modules from their default functionality.
