Firmware upgrade for PM5561 from V10.1.0.0

Hi, We have a number of PM5561 with a current firmware version of V10.1.0.0. We have tried to upgrade to V12.0.4 (which is the lowest firmware version we have been able to find) using the upgrade tool, but it fails.

Maintenance - Firmware Upgrade (Snippet from User Guide).pdf only shows how to upgrade from 10.6.X

Does anyone know how to get from 10.1.0.0 to 10.6.X and where can I find 10.6.X and 10.9.9 firmware?

Hi @tak20 ,

The PM5561 can only be upgraded when the firmware is version 10.6.4 or higher. Earlier firmware versions cannot be upgraded.

So what are we supposed to do with all our PM5560s which are not secure? Do we just have to throw them away?
