Evnet log for ION9000 Meter

The event log "Voltage display value out of range. Reducing scale" appears on the ION9000 screen.
Under what circumstances does this evnet log come from?

Hello @Anonymous user ,

I believe this is from the number of digits the meter is trying to display. For example if you have a 115kv system and you are trying to display 1.xxx volts, there are too many digits for the display to show. if instead you wanted 1.xxx kV likely you would be able to display.
