Have you tried to re-trigger the upgrade process again without re-loading the files?
You can re-trigger it by typing this into your browser: http://<meter IP address>/PM5500StartUpgrade.shtml

We are investigating this issue. Have you tried to power cycle the device and re-upload the new FW files and trigger the upgrade again?

Dear Basem,
Yes, I have tried to power cycle the device but can not re-upload the new FW files.
Here is the pop up message which appear each time I upload the FW files:
I don't know why this happened because when first time I upload the FW files, it done successfully.
This case still not solve. The Meter still have no OS, so we could not use the meter also.
I hope there is a solution to this case, otherwise, we must replace the PM to our Customer.
I try to update the firmware because with old firmware, the QR Code is not applied to this meter.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I am about to do this upgrade as well with 12 x Ethernet connected PM5560s (FW v1.03.0 to v2.2.2) which are already installed and running. They are connected to SPM7.0.1 since last year. They are now having issues with data records stopped and having some invalid values.
I'm a bit concerned if this will happen during the upgrade. Hopefully we can have the resolution for this soon.

Dear All,
Right now there are some PM5560 in our Customer which is not available to use because after upgrade the firmware, the OS of the PM is blank.
They do upgrade the firmware because on old firmware the meter has no future of QR Code and also can not setup as Modbus Master.
We need to fix this issue ASAP.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Parlindungan,
We have removed v2.2.2 from our download site and are asking customers to upgrade to v2.1.0 instead. v2.1.0 firmware has the QR code feature as well as the Modbus Gateway feature.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
