Estoy pasando de la versión 2.1 a 4.0 y me detiene el error RMP framework. ¿Como soluciono?

After I translated Spanish statements to English, it seems that you are trying to upgrade ION7400 firmware from 2.1 to 4.0 but getting the RMP framework error.
There are 2 different methods of loading the framework onto a meter, Rapid Meter Programming (RMP which is faster) or non-RMP.
It is possible to disable RMP by holding down the <ALT> key before sending the file to the meter.

Likely one or more than one module is offline or the entire process is affected by an error, resulting in an unsuccessful template upload.

By holding ALT key and clicking on Upgrade button, the meter meter will disable 'upgrade throttling/API version', preventing the interruption of template uploading.
