Energy Resolution Change from automatic to Fixed using ION SETUP

Good day

Customer want to have fixed kWH unit display on the HMI and when reach maximum of 999,999 it will reset to 0 kWH.

1- Tried using ION SETUP for PM5350 to set but receive error.

2- Checked PM800 has the setting from automatic to "Fixed" but not able to find from HMI and ION SETUP.

Kindly advise if any of you have experience on this.

The option to fix the various resolutions on the front panel HMI is only available on a few products (PM5200, PM5250 and E7255) and is NOT supported on the other PowerLogic devices. When you add a device into ION Setup for the first time, you need to ensure the correct display is selected for the model you are communicating with.

The correct display should be selected the first time you communicate with a device but it may not account if you swap devices after the fact.

In the end, if you are not using one of the above models, there is no way to get the front panel HMI to display only in kWh unless there is a firmware change.
