Easy Transfer of logging alarm templates between CM4000 meters

TEAM:

We have a site with two dozen CM4000 meters and would like to standardize templates for logging and some alarms.  Will ION Setup help with this?

ION Setup can save data log and alarm configration into template file and you can reuse it to other CM4s assuming they are exactly the same mode number.

Yes IONSetup can be used to save the alarms and data logs to be copied from one device to the other.

One thing to be mindful of when performing this is that if the devices basic configuration is configured differently then the alarms may not behave as intended. Basic config is also a selectable parameter when loading in a template.
