Yes IONSetup can be used to save the alarms and data logs to be copied from one device to the other.
One thing to be mindful of when performing this is that if the devices basic configuration is configured differently then the alarms may not behave as intended. Basic config is also a selectable parameter when loading in a template.

ION Setup can save data log and alarm configration into template file and you can reuse it to other CM4s assuming they are exactly the same mode number.
