ETA Firmware Update? PowerLogic PM5560 PM5563 PM5580 for HTTP Data Log Export

Do we have an ETA for the next firmware release for PM5560 PM5563 PM5580 meters?

We are currently on 4.2.1 since January 2023 and the data log export pushing has been removed since April 2022 in version 4.1.8. The next version was expected by the end of 2023.

Is there no other way for these v4 meters to push data?

Yes, We are currently working on this release (noticed some last minute issue) and expecting to add in upcoming release in Q2 2024.

okay thank you. In the mean time is there any way to roll back to 2.7.4 which has the feature?

Do we have a firm date yet on the fixed firmware?

We are going to have start looking for a new manufacturer if this problem is not resolved soon

The device log export feature is almost restored in the upcoming firmware, testing is in progress. 

Can you share the present firmware version of meter? to check the feasibility for other option.

It has been 8 months since inquiring about automated log export with no new firmware released. I was told "by end of Q2" and we are now approaching end of Q3.

We really need a way to enable this on all meters because right now at midnight 7 days per week we need to have a guy click on a bunch of remote links through all the log pages and copy paste to report production for compliance which is quite an ordeal

We have several of the same meters with different firmware versions:

PowerLogic™ PM5563

• Firmware 4.2.1 - *NO* - EXPORT FEATURE DOES NOT EXIST
• Firmware 2.8.3 - *NO* - SETTINGS PAGE RESTRICTED
• Firmware 2.7.4 - *YES - SCHEDULING OF LOG EXPORT SUPPORTED
