Hey guys, I have so many questions
I'm logging data from modbus device(9600,n,0,8) using AS-P and EBO, it is supposed to log every 1 minute(interval trend log)
So I had many other log data and didn't know until recently, and just 1 trend log is just malfunctioning as in picture.
this trend log is logging fine for 2 or instance then BOOM, stops logging for long time (losing many instances)
duration of it varies much from few minutes to weeks, meaning I have lost many valuable data that should have been logged.
I have checked RS485 port log, and "Log value was missed" error happens when device response's verification failed. I have checked this separately and didn't find fault in hardware or within device. But whatever, I don't understand why EBO is not logging after error and save next interval data?. And duration between failed log and next log is random from few minutes to weeks, what is affecting this duration time? how to reduce it?
Did anyone encounter this? How to resolve this?
