Digital Meter over IEC61850

Hi There,

The part of the customer specification says - "Multi-function Digital Meter “MFDM” less inputs with direct connection to CTs or VTs for the measurement of frequency, voltage, current, phase angle, watts, VARs and VA for both single and three phase power circuits shall be provided using IEC 61850."

I understand that ION9000 supports IEC61850 Ed2, is there any other meter we can propose to satisfy the general metering purpose with a much-optimized price?

Is the PM8000 an alternative to consider?  It also supports IEC61850.

The PM8000 and ION7400 meters also support IEC61850.
