Hi,

I would recommend contacting technical support with your question.

Having said that, the following documents highlights the IEC 61850 and ION Technology that is supported by the PM8000: IEC 61850 and ION technology - EN - Download Schneider Electric

If you want to make any configuration changes to the current RCB's that are supported by your ICD file for your PM8000 device, you will need an IEC 61850 configuration tool, such as CET850, to change it and create a new CID file to upload to the meter's FTP directory.

Thank you,

Basem

Hello,

I'm sorry that I've not got what you need yet.

But I have an update from our customer.

They succeeded in connecting two clients to PM8000.

For now they have only two questions.

One,

Regarding getting data refresh issue,

They say that their own device that is not from Schneider Electric has

three value - Time, Value, Quality in MMXU1 PhV

But PM8000 has only value, not Time & Quality. So they think that's why

they can't get the information saying "Good Quality" from PM8000.

Can we make the information for Time & Quality for PM8000 available?

Second,

PM8000 supports NTP?

If so, how can we add the information for IP address of NTP Server?

Thank you for your support!!

Best Regards,
