Can you change the PM5000 display to kwhrs from mwhrs

The default energy screen displays watt-hours in mega watts and the customer wants to see this in kilo-watts, is there a way to change this? ION Setup or otherwise

Hi Ken,

I don’t believe so - via ION Setup or otherwise. is the meter connected to a Com’X or PME? If so then the customer can see the full number string from the meter.

We were looking in ION Setup and I think it is in there to change the energy display units Michael Stith​ is going to verify in the field later in the week.
