Can't link object to power meter in vista

Hi all,

I'm having a project about PME. Once I link kWh of power meters in Vista, all is OK except 01 meter. This cell is filled out by red color (this color is also the text color of data). Although I delete this object and link again, this issue come back. But the other parameters (current, voltage) are normal to link.

Does anyone know the reason? Maybe the power meter has issue?

Thanks & Best regards,

Please check first the Flags of the numeric object you've build for the kWh (Right click the numeric object, Go to Display Tab and click Flags). Then adjust the Low limit and High Limit so that the kWh value will fit in.

The red cell coloring highlights that the value is "out of range" thus you need to adjust the flags.

If this is not the issue, please create a technical support ticket - as Charles mentioned.

Recommend hovering the mouse over the object and waiting for the message that pops up. Then get a screen shot of the message. With the screen shot contact tech support.
