Hi All,

We are about to commission an Accussine PCS+ 200Amp, but the HMI won't access nor touched?

We tried to look in the manual, but there was no troubleshooting guide for hmi.

Hello,

Could you please create a BFO case by consulting with country Customer Care, and share all relevant details including:

• System serial number
• Commercial reference number
• Whether the issue occurred during installation or after a certain period
• System storage duration prior to installation
• High-definition images related to the reported issue

Based on the information provided so far, we are unable to fully understand the issue. We look forward to receiving the complete case details through the BFO system for further analysis.
