A9MEM2455 Modbus Trubleshooting

Hello Community,

two questions:

1.- How do you guys upgrade the A9MEM2455 firmware?? can we even do that?

2.- Do you guys know why do we have make a custom model?? what is the problem with its modbus?

also, can you guy share nay good or bad experience with this meter.

1. I believe that A9MEM2455's FW is not upgradable.

2. Custom model for PAS or Comx510? There should be some already available.

iEM2455 will be native with the new v1.10 (coming in june).

Release Notes will be published soon.

Be careful, this meter has +1 Modbus register shift (similar to iEM2050) compared to iEM3000 series. This can confuse some customers.

Thanks Romain.

I already have a A9MEM2455 custom model in my PAS800 working just fine.

Now the problem is that, I have a client  using a MOXA media coverter  model Uport 1130, which they are no able to communicate with the A9MEM2455, so why that happen??? is there a problem with the modbus version in the A9MEM2455 or the problem is the MOXA media converter??

Hard to say if the issue is with the EM2455 or the Moxa converter.  Does the converter work with any other device?  Have they wired and configured the Moxa for 2 wire RS-485 operation as stated in the manual?

Do both the TxD and RxD LEDs blink one after the other (first the TxD followed quickly by the RxD)?  What application is the client using to interface to the EM2455?
