9000_V2.2.0.1.1 template

Hi everyone,

I have four ION 9000 meters. I would like to install the same firmware and templates on all four meters as a baseline. I have updated all the four meters to the latest (V2.2.1) firmware. However, two of the meters are currently using the 9000_V2.2.0.1.1 template, while the other two are using 9000_V2.2.0.0.0. I would like all of them to be using template 9000_V2.2.0.1.1. 

However, I can't seem to find the DCF file for template 9000_V2.2.0.1.1 from the SE website. Even the latest firmware update ZIP files contain the template for 9000_V2.2.0.0.0. Where can I find the 9000_V2.2.0.1.1 template DCF file? 

I also tried sending the DCF file from the two meters that are currently running the 9000_V2.2.0.1.1 template to the meters with the older version (using ION setup), but this didn't seem to change the template for some reason. 

Any help in either providing a link to the 9000_V2.2.0.1.1 DCF file or finding any other way to get all meters to 9000_V2.2.0.1.1 would be much appreciated.

Could you please re-confirm the template version?
I'm also unable to find any reference to any v2.2.0.1.1 templates using my usual internal searches...

Please provide a meter serial number so I can look up more information.

Hi Jerry,

The latest framework available for the ION9000 meters is 9000_V2.2.0.0.0. I am not sure where you have observed the version you describe in your message, but it might be necessary to check back on it.

Best procedure would be to use the DCF found on the FW 2.2.1 zip package and load it to all devices, this will make sure you are using the latest framework available and can roll back to the default setting when needed.

Please feel free to share a screen capture of your ION Setup showing the template version.

I am thinking you have a typo - there is a “9000_v2.1.0_FAC-PQ_V2.0.0.1.1“ framework which is one version older than the latest which Fabricio is citing.
