PT 1000 reading is not working as expected M172
I have six PT 1000 that are connected to M172 (Chiller Portable machine)
They''re connected at Pin AIL 1 - AIL 6 and I already assign the configuration to cfg1 - cfg6 PT1000.
PT 1000 at pin AIL 3 and AIL 4 have random reading
I already tries to other pins but it is same and I checked the resistances, it shows above 1000 ohm.
Another information, these PT1000 has 8 meters long and 2 wire and I have an idea that lenght cable is too long made the reading is random.
Thankyou 🙂

Hi, is your connection the same as in the attached picture? If not , could you please try it?
if the problem persists does it still occur when you swap the PT1000 that reads correctly with the one that has the issue. If issue is going on again, in this case when you remove correct working PT1000 sensors as step by step, wrong value become to correct or not? Thanks.

Hi, did you made a download all? the Picture shows the configuration in the BIOS Parameter, you need to write them into the controller.
As additional hint you could check in commisioning if there are some calibrating values are configured.
The cable length should not be the problem. This is typicaly only a problem at PT100
