HMIET/GXU Factory Reset (Vijeo Designer Basic)

Hi all,

I am using HMIET/GXU,

and I forgot the security password for downloading.

I tried below, but nothing solved.

1) Do 'Runtime installer', but it still required password.

2) File system download(USB-A)

Is there any other way?

Hey , how can I factory reset of HMIET6600 .

Normal factory reset can be excuted by Runtime Installer.

But If you forget the Security information(ID/PW), the only way is send to service team the HMI.
