An item on a mimic can have a custom menu attached. This can have many sub-menus and actions. There are a number of reasons why some of those options in the menus are not displayed:

You do not have permission to view the object (in a hyperlink) or to execute the method the action refers to.

The object is in the wrong state (e.g. you cannot enable an object if it is already enabled) or the action is disabled on the object (e.g. overrides may be disabled).
