Download Required Flag not being Cleared After Download

In some cases, after performing a download configuration on my SCADAPack ES outstation, the download required flag is not cleared on the outstation object

The most likely causes of this problem are described below:

• The download configuration file transfer was unsuccessful due to communications error. It raises an event in the event journal.

• The download configuration file was successfully transferred to the outstation but the outstation reported errors or warnings when it tried to implement the configuration changes. This raises an event that refers to invalid files or config download failed.

• A further configuration change was made to the outstation after the configuration download had commenced.

If there is a configuration error, open the config.log file (available from the configuration setup of the SCADAPack ES outstation). This file provides a record of the outstations parsing of the configuration file and will indicate any configuration errors.
