📖HomeBack The "Control action request failed - No reply received from outstation" alarms will stay active until a successful control on that point has been performed.
If you wish to clear the alarm before a successful control takes place, you could use the Remove Alarm option (assuming this option has been enabled by the System Administrator) available by right clicking on the alarm in either the alarm banner or alarm list. Remove Alarm clears an alarm from the alarm lists, even though the alarm condition may still be active. For it to reappear in the alarm list, the alarm condition would need to clear and then become active again for a new alarm to be raised and for this reason its use should be considered very carefully.
