My customer has a broken PowerTag Link HD in a panel and wants to replace this for a PAS600.
He can not unpair the old PowerTags and pair this with the PAS600
What is the correct workaround?

we found the solution;
More less general procedure for Powertags:
You need first for powertag to lose communication with a gateway (blinking red). You can do this by powering down the gateway for example. Then after 200 (better 300) seconds, powertag starts to blink red fast (once/second), then you need to remove power to the powertag and put it back on, then powertag can be paired to another gateway (blinking fast orange).

Hello @sesa242973_brid ,
In this case, there is no workaround... product must be replaced.
Because you cannot load a configuration file from a PowerTag Link to a Panel Server you will need to restart the commissioning from scratch:
