Hi All,
I was trying to update the firmware of Com'X 510 through system remotely on LAN, it reached 98% and stopped for more than an hour and then when i checked the Com'X 510 its not connecting and the LED shows orange in color,
I tried manual to reboot it manually but it didnt work and also tried to update the firmware through USB locally it also failed also tried to restore with a backup of old configuration it also failed.
Kindly could anyone suggest what can be done to restore it back to normal as this is currently non functional and no replacement is available and site is down.
