Hello,
Are you able to see measurements ?
Have you checked the modbus com diag for this device?
In the PAS status what is being reported to identify why you have orange status ?
Kind Regards,

Thanks Guillaume,
the problem is that for now that meter is not supported by the PAS800, so I have to build a custom model which is working just fine.

hello,
Your question is how to build a custom model for IEM 2455 ?

Hello @Horacio1 ,
If the front LED of the Panel Server is blinking orange, it means that the PAS800 has a communication issue with a device (in your case, the iEM2455). You can check on Maintenance -> System Monitoring to have more information about the reason:
Keep in mind to use the Modbus Register Address when you create your custom model with EPC Web. Currently you have a difference in the Modbus implementation between other range of iEM meters and the iEM2435/2455. Please read carefully the iEM2455 Modbus documentation.
A good start could be to identify what is the reason of the communication loss:
If you cannot identify the root cause, better check with tech support by providing the SysLog of the Panel Server.

Hello
In my opinion, iEM2455 is replacing iEM2155 that is a supported device i PAS800, then iEM2455 also should be this to make it easy for customers that is using this 1-phase meters with PAS800 as a local energy server.

Hello
Any one have the template for the register map? i want to load it on an comX 510.
Thanks.

Hello @Patricio ,
iEM2455 register list is here:
You need to create your own Com'X custom model with this mapping. You cannot upload a Panel Server template to the Com'X.

Hi, before I create one, does anyone have custom model for iEM2455 for use on PAS800 please?

hello @JakeTr,
Find 3 custom models for iEM2455 found in EPC W (26 measurements), I do not know if they are working, measurement names might defer.
Kind Regards

Hi Romain,
I used the template of iem2050 and it gives me the exact register, but when i try to connect to PME 2021 it gives me an error, i used DTE to try to get voltage and frecuency but i cant see it.
The error its a common error, Se produjo un problema al procesar su solicitud.

Hi @Patricio @JakeTr
In case of, iEM2455 is natively supported (so usually no need of custom model) by Panel Server since firmware 001.010.000 so long time ago (current firmware is 002.003.000)

Eric

Hi @Eric_HAVAS , i have it on comX and Pas600 but i cant configure it on Power Monitoring Expert, it gives me an common error.
I have PME 2021, i hope anyone can help me.
Thank you!

Hi @Patricio ,
I understand the following:
Not a good idea to use the iEM2055 model (both for Com'X and PME) to communicate with iEM2455. There is a known discrepency between Modbus table of iEM2055 and iEM2455. And iEM2055 (limited to 9600 bds) has a specific polling method unlike our other iEM range.
For Com'X, please create the iEM2455 model from scratch.
For PME2021 please use the official iEM2455 DTE model.
In your system, Com'X can be a transparent Modbus TCP gateway for your field devices and it may not necessary to add them (Custom Model) on Com'X interface.
If PME is your main monitoring system, better use the official DTE driver and let PME poll the iEM2455 through the Com'X.
If you have added some devices under Com'X interface, it is important to declare the devices with there Com'X "Local ID" (and not the slave ID).

Hi @Eric_HAVAS, thank you kindly for the advice.
My PAS was running old firmware 1.6, when update to latest 2.3 this has resolved the issue.
Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Jake
